Hmm...this page is going to be very light.

Ginger is well know for its ability to relieve feelings of nausea and has clinically been proven more effective than many drugs.

The only time I suffer is on car or bus journeys when I try to read, or when I am facing sideways instead of 
looking straight a head. Biologically the problem is related to what the eye sees and the inner ear senses; the eyes adjust to the motion, but the ears do not.
